This lot consists of a complete series of ten sculptures cast in sterling silver by the C.M. Russell Museum. Initially available in the early 1970s, these works were promoted as being created from the finest, most detailed and delicate works by Russell from the Trigg Collection of the C.M. Russell Museum. Strictly limited to an edition of 100, these works were originally offered exclusively to Museum members. Along with the original models from the Trigg collection, a complete set of the works cast in sterling silver is held in the permanent collection of the C.M. Russell Museum. Sizes vary from 1 ¾” to 6” in height. The collection was cast using over 135 oz. of silver.
