Dakota Sioux Mirror Board 9.5" long x 3.25" wide. Small metal mirror inlaid in a thin slab of what appears to be cherry wood. Secured with eight early case brass tacks and elaborately incised on both sides. Back is adorned with a Christian cross below the letters INRI, which Latin initialism translated to English: Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews.
