Fancy Mexican Charro-Style Saddle
Rawhide seat and tree. Silver sword in scabbard with an eagle and snake effigy. Sword embossed with desert vaquero scene and inscription: Hecho en Mexico for Emanuel Valencia. On other side: "Cuidate de los toros, por Deladte; de las molas por detras; de los perros por los lados y de los medicos, curas y abogados por delate por detras y por los lados. ING Antonio Gutierrez, Prieto." Translated to: Beware of the bulls ahead, of the mules behind, of the dogs on the side, and of the doctors, priests and lawyers in front, behind and on the sides."

Corona and underside wool of saddle is unstable and falling apart. Sword shows age and some tarnish. Rawhide is cracked in areas.
