Navajo Rug
10'4" x 8'7" Klagetoh area weaving with four large medallions and a central spiral hooked geometric motif. Border is a reciprocal running dog motif. Very finely woven from all Native, hand-dyed and handspun, long staple Churro cross sheep wools on a wool warp. Circa 1930.
