Navajo Rug 6'3" x 3'7" pictorial weaving, likely from the Teec Nos Pos area. Central design is a chicken, surrounded by a large, concentric, hooked diamond medallion. Also features four red wheels with crosses inside, on a hand-carded variegated field. A true piece of Navajo art. Woven from all Native, long-staple Churro sheep wools on a wool warp.
