Navajo Rug
6'9" x 4'6" Ganado-Hubbell Trading Post area rug featuring geometric stepped half diamonds with whirling logs and spider woman crosses. The border is a nice inset reciprocal sawtooth motif. Hand woven from all Native long staple, smooth handspun and hand-dyed Churro sheep wools on a wool warp. Circa 1900.

No a/b sides. Two tassels intact, remnants of others. One pea-sized stain visible, isolated to one side. Overall great condition.
