Northern Plains Man's Beaded and Quilled Moccasins 10" long. Bright orange fully quilled tops and tongues surrounded by symmetrically beaded designs. Split tongue with blue chicken feather stuffed tin cones. Fringed heels. Circa 1880. $3,000-4,000
Quillwork shows some breakage on split tongues and in various areas on mocs. Beadwork is great overall with the exception of a few missing lanes of beads on back of right moc. Hide is slightly discolored from age and use but overall fine.
