Navajo Rug 11'8" x 9'7" Montana-sized floor rug from the Ganado region. Features a four quadrant half diamond layout of the field in chocolate brown and red colors. The end fields are bold, geometric designs. Woven from Native long-staple Churro cross sheep wools that are all hand-carded, handspun and hand-dyed by the weaver. The foundation warps are also wool. A/b sides. One side is faded. Appears to be more faded along one half. All corner tassles intact. Some minor snags visible to selvage and throughout. Handful of small stains visible throughout, no larger than a nickel, some showing through to both sides. Overall great condition.
