Navajo Rug 10'4" x 7'11" fancy Montana-sized floor rug from the Klagetoh region. Features two large expanded Klagetoh medallions flanked by numerous small feather motifs. Smaller half and full Klagetoh medallions are spread down the central axis and also adorned with small feather tips. Woven from Native Churro cross sheep wools, all hand-dyed, hand-carded and handspun. Circa 1950. $10,000-15,000 Provenance: Ranchfolks Navajo Rugs.
No a/b sides. All corner tassels intact. Two minor, light stains visible near center, isolated to one side. Otherwise excellent condition.
